In the centre is the Australian Commonwealth Military Forces badge and to the right is the Royal Australian Navy, also within a wreath.
The memorial is accompanied by several flagpoles and is behind a chain-link fence, set within Robertson Park. A number of plaques are located nearby, including one in honour of those who served in the Second World War.
