Three freestanding black-stone monuments positioned in close proximity, located within the remembrance precinct in Fotheringham Park, Taree. The centre monument is inscribed with the RSL badge and the dedication. It is the leading marker to the two other monuments, which contain the names of those who served during the Second World War, subsequent conflicts and peacekeeping operations conducted since 1945.

Taree Honour Rolls were unveiled by NSW RSL State President G. E. (Rusty) Priest AM 19th December 1996.
