The Woy Woy War Memorial is a tapered sandstone pillar, positioned on a sandstone pedestal. Attached to the pedestal are four white marble panels. The first is the dedication plaque and the others contain honour rolls for the First and Second World Wars. Three smaller tablets are attached on three sides of the pedestal and reference the Korean War, Malayan Emergency, and Vietnam War.
The memorial was made by T. Andrews & Sons of Lidcombe and their name is inscribed on a small plaque attached to the base of the memorial. The unveiling ceremony took place on 23 August 1925.
In 2021, conservation work was undertaken on the memorial, which was proudly supported by a Community War Memorials Fund grant from the NSW Government.
