Description / Background

Brick wall, inset with brass engraved name plates for the First and Second World Wars, and statues of soldiers on either side of the wall. A flagpole is also positioned behind the memorial.

Remembrance Wall

In honour of the Stockinbingal Community Ex-servicemen and Women who served in these two conflicts. Erected by Kell and Denson Stoneworks in consultation with the Stockinbingal community, Cootamundra RSL Sub Branch and Cootamundra-Gundagai Regional Council. 

Officially opened on 25 April 2017 by the Hon Katrina Hodgkinson MP Member for Cootamundra

This memorial was supported by the NSW Government through the War Memorials Grants Program Community Development Fund
