Three names have a small cross next to them, indicating they died on active service. The main illustration is at the top of the parchment. It depicts a sailor and soldier, with the figure of a woman in Roman garb between them. In the background, are artillery pieces and two aeroplanes. Below this group of figures, is the Australian Coat of Arms, the Australian flag, the Union Jack and a crown. Immediately above the names is a banner bearing the title of the honour roll and the insignia of the Commission. A floral pattern provides a border around the edge of the sheet. The roll is located on a side wall in the foyer of the Leeton Soldiers Club.
