The names and inscriptions are printed on the board in gold. The names are listed across three panels, with those who fell during the war separately grouped in the centre. Above these names are the words 'Lives laid down' and a Latin cross also painted in gold. The roll is located inside St Laurence's Anglican Church in Barraba.
