Description / Background

The Niangala Second World Honour Roll is a simply designed timber board, with a curved top edge. It lists the names of 47 members of the Nianagala community who served in the war. Their names are printed neatly in gold, across two columns, in the centre of the board. The list is alphabetical, which means the roll was constructed after the war.

The roll is located in the Niangala Memorial Hall. It is available to view during opening hours. Also on site is the Niangala First World War Roll of Honor.
