The memorial is a simply designed timber honour roll, with a Norman shape. It lists the names of those from St Andrews's Presbyterian Church, Gunnedah who served in the First and Second World Wars. The names are painted in gold, across three columns. 

The memorial is located inside the church and access is restricted to the opening hours of the church.
