The Second World War roll of honour is constructed of timber, with timber 'eternal flames' carved on either side. The inscription and names of those who served in the Second World War are painted in gold, in the centre of the board.

The memorial is located in the front foyer of St Andrews Presbyterian Church, which is located in the grounds of the Bellingen Uniting Church. Access to the memorial is restricted to the opening hours of St Andrews.
