Tamworth Methodist Church Great War Honour Roll Middle Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background This war memorial is a brass honour roll for the First World War. It lists the names of 21 members of the Tamworth Methodist Church who died in the war. The plaque has a simple design, featuring a curved pediment that includes the emblem of the church. There are also four images of plants, one in each corner of the plaque. The roll is located inside the church, now known as Tamworth Uniting Church. Also on site are the Tamworth Methodist Church Great War Memorial Window and Honour Roll and the Methodist Church Tamworth Circuit First World War Roll of Honor.
