A dark, cast bronze plaque with the Australian Imperial Force (A.I.F.) badge at the top and veterans' names listed in two groups. Those who died on active service during the First World War are embossed on the top part and those who served are engraved on the lower part of the plaque. The plaque is attached to one of the walls in the original entrance foyer to Killara Uniting Church, formerly Killara Congregational Church.
