Description / Background

The Euston Great War Memorial is a stone obelisk, faced with four marble tablets. The tablets are inscribed with an honour roll for the First World War. Positioned in the garden around the memorial and several bushrocks, with bronze plaques attached that commemorate conflicts and peacekeeping missions in which Australia has been involved. Planted nearby is a Lone Pine.

The town's Anzac Day march leaves from the Euston Club Report on Nixon Street and proceeds to the memorial.
