Narrabri Presbyterian Church First World War Memorials Middle Image Image Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background These two war memorials are located inside the Narrabri Presbyterian Church. The first is a large, varnished timber honour roll for the First World War. It features three Gothic arches, with carved columns and names in gilt. The roll is located in the entry lobby of the church. It was dedicated on 28 November 1918. On the back wall of the church is a small, marble memorial plaque dedicated to an individual soldier, Private Alex Samuels. Inscription Roll Narrabri Wee Waa Presbyterian Church 1914–1918 For King and Country Honour Roll [Names] Presented to the church by Mrs Duncan Cameron in memory of her son, Pte LA Cameron Plaque In memory of Pte Alex Samuels of Airdrie Scotland, killed in France, 3rd May 1917.
