Queanbeyan Age 28 January 1916 reported on the arrival of the Men from Snowy River Recruitment March in Bungendore on the 24th.The report stated that a number of local men gave their names as potential recruits but did not join the March at that time.James Heath susequently enlisted on 5.02.1916 at Goulburn.
