4. AWM Nominal Roll: Rank: Private; Unit: 7 Light Horse; DOE: 4.11.1914; KIA 17.09.1915. Buried Shell Green Cemetery, Gallipoli His original Official Number was 589 however this was amended to 430 during service.

6. Remembered at the ANZAC Day Main Service, Centenary of the Gallipoli Landings 2015, Bungendore by the Bungendore Public School, as one of the eight Bungendorian ANZACs who died at Gallipoli.

9. Application to use Rising Sun Badge: On the 3rd of November 2015 the Bungendore War Memorial Committee applied to Army Branding to use the Rising Sun badge on a proposed street sign for "Jacombs" in the town of Bungendore as part of the Centenary of ANZAC Commemorations. This request was approved on 21 December 2015.
