1. Bygone Queanbeyan lists a "Simpson, Benjamin,Sgt Army" but no mention of a Bungendore connection. Bungendore War Memorial Hall ROH does not list a B.Simpson.B.Simpson is on the Collinson "Final List"
2. DVA Nomial Roll lists 24 B and B.x . Simpsons but only one single Ben and two Benjamins.NAA files that are open do not indicate any Bungendore connection
3. ACT Memorial wesite has a Bernard James Simpson NX32163 who resided in Canberra and enlisted in Goulburn.His NAA file indicates no Bungendore connection. He does not appear to be related to the other Simpsons on the Memorial as indicated on the Monaro Pioneers Project.
