St Joseph's School War Memorial Science Block Middle Image Image Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background St Joseph's School Science Block was opened as a war memorial by the Most Reverend E.J. Doody, Bishop of Armidale on 15 May 1966. Background information The Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart opened a kindergarten to year six school on 21 January 1884. In response to the Wyndham Report of the 1960s, secondary education was restructured. A secondary school was established in 1969 and a Central School with kindgarten to year 10 in 1988.
