It lists 11 First World War veterans' names inscribed with gold lettering. They are also listed as pupils who attended the school in the students Roll Book of 1898 to 1907. Of these 11, seven are unable to be identified with links to the area on the Australian Imperial Force or National Archives of Australia databases. Additional information: Annangrove Public School was opened on 9 July 1895 as Rouse Hill Provisional School on Rouse Hill Road and the schools name was changed to Annan Grove Provisional School on 7th October 1896.
