Bowraville Memorial Flagpole Middle Image Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background To the right of the entrance to Bowraville and District Ex-Service's Club is a memorial flagpole. At its base is a small bushrock bearing a plaque with a dedication to those who have fallen in service to Australia. Accompanying the memorial, on the left of the club's entrance, is a large bushrock with five plaques attached. Four of the plaques are the insignias of the Australian Army, Royal Australian Navy, Royal Australian Air Force and the Merchant Navy. The fifth plaque is inscribed with the words 'We will remember them, lest we forget'. The bushrock is positioned on a tile base, which also has the Bowraville Australia Remembers Plaque attached.
