The addresses are printed in full colour on paper and are presented in matching timber frames behind glass. Each page is decorated with an illustrated border featuring laurel wreaths, the British and Australian flags, wattle, waratahs and gum nuts. The service details of each veteran are printed in the centre of the page, including name, occupation, year and place of birth, enlistment date, service number, rank, unit, fate and date of death. At the bottom of each page is the Returned Sailors and Soldiers Imperial League emblem. The addresses were commissioned by the Manilla RSL sub-Branch for the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli landing by the Anzacs in 2015. They were made by local Manilla artist Ms Di Nichol. The dedication took place on Anzac Day, 25 April 2015. The addresses were carried by school children, who walked at the front of the Anzac march, to the Manilla and District Soldiers Memorial Hall. They were then called by name to be brought to the front of the hall, where they were dedicated by representatives of the sub-Branch. The addresses are located in the front foyer of the hall, which is a venue for commemorative services. Access to the memorial is restricted to the opening hours of the hall. This information was supplied by Ian Bignell, Manilla RSL sub-Branch.
