Yallaroi Korean War Plaque Middle Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background The memorial is a plaque in honour of those who served in the Korean War that was presented to the Yalloroi community. The plaque's current location is unknown, however it had been located within the community hall until it closed (date unknown). Yallaroi is a rural community located in the Gwydir Shire, which is 100 kilometres south of Goondiwindi in the north western region of NSW. The Korean War Veterans Association received a 'Saluting Their Service' grant in 2011 to place plaques at various locations in the Gwydir Shire, including this plaque in Yallaroi.
