Description / Background

The Methul Great War Roll of Honor is a simply designed polished timber board with a standard pediment and gold lettering. The design includes carved columns on both sides, which gives it a strong linear appearance. The names of those who served are listed alphabetically, indicating that the memorial was unveiled after the war. The ceremony likely would have been held at the Methul Hall. The memorial is now located in the Coolamon RSL Hall.
