William Irwin Memorial Tablet Middle Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background This white and black marble tablet is located in St John's Anglican Cathedral in Parramatta. The dedication is inscribed into the marble and highlighted with black. Inscription Sacred to the memory of Brevet Major William Irwin, of H.M. 28th Regiment, who died at Parramatta the 12th of November 1840 aged 56 years.
