The Kyalite War Memorial consists of a bushrock, faced with a bronze plaque bearing a dedication and an honour roll for those who served in the First and Second World War. Positioned behind the bushrock is a Second World War 25 pounder gun. 

The memorial is located on a grassed area on the banks of the Wakool River, opposite the the Kyalite Pub. It is the site of the Anzac Day Dawn Ceremony for Balranald Shire.
