Description / Background

A two part grey granite memorial with four inset polished black granite sides on which First World War names are engraved and gilded. These names also appear on the Bulli Great War Memorial. The memorial has a raised and gilded laurel wreath on the east face of the smaller top portion.

This monument was erected by subscriptions

of the citizens of Bulli-Woonona

in memory of those who gave their lives

for the cause of Freedom and those who enlisted in the Great War

1914-1919.

They gave their lives.
