He lived in the suburb of Centennial Park and worked as a bank clerk. he joined in August 1914 and was accepted as cadet for the Royal Artillery School. Then he was promoted to 2nd Lieutenant and then full Lieutenant. After the war he lived on Bondi Rd Bondi.
