Description / Background

Beautiful white-painted concrete structure with bronze rolls of honour attached to the inside walls. The memorial is set within grassed parklands and flanked by date palm trees. The structure and the First World War roll were unveiled on 25 April 1931 and the Second World War roll was unveiled on 25 April 1992.
