Family members of W/O Thomas Harrison attached a Second World War commemorative plaque in his honour to the bottom left of the board. Next to it is another memorial plaque for this war, dedicated on 18 November 1947 to all who served. In 2017, the board and plaques were restored and moved from Kurri Kurri Uniting Church to Weston Methodist Church. Inscription Roll KURRI KURRI METHODIST CHURCH ROLL OF HONOR Dedicated to the heroes, adherents of this Church who participated in the Great War against Germany & her Allies 1914-1917.
