This memorial is a rose bush, accompanied by a bushrock with an attached plaque. It is located in Centenary Parade Reserve opposite Frank Partridge V.C. Primary School and Nambucca Valley Christian Community School.

The 'Australia Remembers' program was designed to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Second World War.
