Arthur was born at Rouse Hill and attended Annan Grove Public School near Rouse Hill from 1900 to 1907 - He suffered from Trench Feet 26/04/1916 - Died of Tuberculosis on 08/05/1918 at Wentworth Falls Convalescent Home NSW - Listed in the Hills Heros with the Hills Shire Council
