Description / Background

A low semi-circular brick wall on which 13 bronze honour roll plaques are attached. The plaques commemorate those who have served in the Second World War and subsequent conflicts. One of the plaques is specifically dedicated to women who served in the Second World War, although all the others acknowledge both men and women in their titles. The wall effectively surrounds the precinct in which the older Grenfell Boer War MemorialGrenfell Great War Memorial and Grenfell War Memorial are located.
