Description / Background

Two simple, light-coloured polished wooden honor boards with inscriptions and veterans' names in gilt. These boards identify the district as Wingadee, which is the old name of Coonamble Shire. There is also an engraved metal plaque with a cross above the inscription. The memorials are located in the Warrumbungle Community Church, which was formerly Warrumbungle Presbyterian Church.
