Son of the Reverend Howell Price, Minister of St Mary's Balmain East 1910-1915. Wounded at Gallipoli. Awarded the DSO for gallantry at the Somme in August 1916. Wounded again (shrapnel) in March 1917. Awarded the MC in June 1917 for conspicuous gallantry (France). Missing in Action 6 October 1917 (probably killed by shell fire) and Court of Enquiry ruled KIA November 1917. Died aged 23. Last known address: St Mary's Rectory, 2 Pearson Street
