Two dedication plaques are located at the base of the tree. Note: The tree is identified as a Pinus Brutia on the second plaque, however it is likely a Pinus halepensis. Inscription Plaque 1 This 'Lone Pine' Tree was planted by Legatee S. G. (Gordon) Smith of Glenellerslie on ANZAC Day 1987.
