Description / Background

The memorial is a polished timber honour roll featuring a decorative pediment. At the top and bottom of the board are small supporting shelves and the sides are finished with elegantly carved columns. On the centre panel is the name of the Lodge, accompanied by delicate paintings of the masonic square and compass and sprigs of wattle. The names and fates of Lodge members who served in the First World War are printed neatly in gold below the illustrations. Of the 19 members who enlisted, eight died during the war.

The unveiling details of the honour roll are unknown, however it is likely it was dedicated and displayed at the Lismore Masonic Temple.
