Invalided out of Gallipoli in January 1916 with influenza. Following service in France again invalided out and medically discharged from the AIF in March 1917 with Mumps. RTA but subseqently reenlisted in the RAF with a commision as 2nd Lieutenant in September 1918. Date of RTA is for initial period of service in AIF. Last known address: Remeura' Nicholson Street
