Timber honour board with gilt names. The original board was destroyed in a factory fire in September 1948, and had to be remade before the unveiling. The memorial was unveiled on Saturday the 29 January 1949 during the Honour Roll Ball.

The community of Adjungbilly is accessible via Coolac.
