Attached to both walls are numerous bronze plaques and honour rolls, which commemorate all conflicts and peacekeeping missions in which Australia has been involved. The wall was dedicated on 11 November 2005. Over time, additional plaques have been added, including two for the Korean War. These were unveiled by Coffs Harbour Korean War veteran Max Gant on 27 July 2012. The wall is located in Anzac Park, facing Vernon Street. It stands behind the Coffs Harbour Cenotaph and adjacent to the Coffs Harbour Ex-servicemen and Women's Memorial Club. Commemorative services are held in the park.
