Henty First World War Roll of Honor Middle Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background The memorial is a wooden map of Australia, attached to a wooden panel backing board, in a wooden frame. The map is made of oregon ply and the backing board is covered in material. In the centre of the map is the roll of honor, containing the names of all 123 enlistees for the First World War from Henty in the Eastern Riverina of NSW up until October, 1915. Attached around the roll are 27 photographs of 28 enlistees, with one photograph containing two men. The inscription on the roll uses the American spelling of 'Honor'.
