Description / Background

The timber honour roll has classical features including side scrolls and a pediment at the top. The soldiers listed are divided into two columns, Old Boys on the left and District on the right. Those identified as killed, wounded or re-enlisted are marked.

Honneur et Patrie' is written across the top of the Honour Roll. It is the motto for the French National Order of the Legion of Honour and means 'Honour and Fatherland'.

The roll is located in the Kingstown Public School Sue Stringfellow Memorial Library.
