Old Boys of Moorefields School First World War Honour Roll Middle Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background This honour roll was originally located in the Moorefields School on Moorefields Road in Moorfields, now known as Kingsgrove. In 1917, a new building was constructed on the south side of Canterbury Road opposite Burwood Road in Belmore. The school's name was then changed to Belmore South Public School. The honour roll was located in front of Belmore South Public School facing Canterbury Road and is now hanging on the wall in the school office. It was erected by the parents and citizens association of Belmore South School. Inscription Dedicated to the memory of Old boys of Moorefield School who fought in the war 1914-1918.
