The left and right side panels were a later addition, as were the names starting with 'A' on the right-hand side column in the centre panel. This can be seen on close inspection of the memorial by the change in the gold colour. The memorial is located inside Cullen Bullen Progress Association Hall, located on a lower side road, alongside the highway.
