A plaque dedicating the memorial to all Australian National Servicemen is attached to the top face of the plinth. The memorial was designed by Penrith City Australian National Servicemen's Association, Inc. and was dedicated on 5 February 2006. It is located in Victoria Park in St Marys, NSW near the St Marys War Memorial Pavilion.
