Description / Background

Bedgerebong War Memorial Union Church was officially opened and dedicated on 10 November 1960. The church has since been redeveloped and the original opening plaque is displayed on the outside of the new church.

Located inside the church is an electric eternal flame lamp, which was donated by the Forbes RSL sub-Branch. The lamp is attached to a backing board that is decorated with an illustration of a laurel wreath.

The church is located in the small village of Bedgerabong, near Forbes, NSW. The opening plaque uses the slightly different spelling, 'Bedgerebong'.
