Brushgrove Second World War Memorial Middle Image Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background The memorial is a large vertical bushrock, set on a bed of concrete, located in the middle of the Brushgrove Reserve. At the rear of the memorial is a large boat anchor. Attached to the bushrock is a bronze plaque with an 'Australia Remembers' logo centrally placed at the top, a commemoration is written in raised lettering to the fallen Second World War veterans from the Maclean Shire. The memorial was installed in 1995 as part of a program developed by the Australian Government to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the end of the Second World War.
