The Bungulla Honour Roll is a rectangular bronze honour board, commemorating the Bungulla residents who served in the First and Second World Wars and the Vietnam War. The honour roll is framed by a raised gold border with the names and commemoration written in raised gold lettering. Three columns, one for each of the wars, contain the names of veterans from each conflict listed in alphabetical order.
The memorial is located in a small shelter constructed on the former Bungulla Railway Siding on the railway line connecting Sydney's Central Station to Tenterfield. The railway siding was constructed in 1886 and closed in 1988.
Alongside the honour roll are information sheets tracing the history of the local area. On the other side of the honour roll is a mural of the Bungulla Siding.
