Old Bar Public School War Memorial Middle Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background The Old Bar Public School War Memorial is a large bushrock, set on a concrete base. It is surrounded by a garden bed, filled with flowers and shrubs. A path runs through the bed, giving access to the memorial. Attached to the rock is a plaque, which is inscribed with the dedication to those who have served. It also features the Tri-Service emblem of the Australian Defence Force. Funding for the memorial's base was received through an Anzac Centenary Local Grant, awarded to the Old Bar Soldiers Memorial Hall Inc. on 16 February 2015. Also on site is the Old Bar Public School Anzac Centenary Memorial Garden and Stone. Access to both memorials is restricted, as they are within school grounds.
