Coolongolook and District Memorial Hall Middle Image Image Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background Local memorial hall, originally built prior to the First World War. At a later date it was renamed 'Coolongolook Soldiers Memorial Hall.' The building had alterations in approximately 1955 and around that time had another name change to 'Coololgolook & District Memorial Hall.' Dates are approximate as local Council construction records are presumed lost in a fire in 1988. The pencil sketch drawing (pictured) shows the original building, compared to the photograph of the current hall. The hall also houses the local honour roll (pictured).
