Description / Background

Sacred Heart Church in Dorrigo was built in 1960 for the growth of the parish and as a memorial to those who served in the First and Second World Wars and the Korean War. In 1995 a plaque dedicated to the Victory in Europe, 8th May 1945 and Victory in the Pacific 15th August 1945 was placed on the front wall of the church.
