Rappville Services Memorial Middle Image Image Image Image Image Image 0 / 0 - Prev Next Description / Background Rappville Services Memorial consists of a large bushrock, positioned on a painted concrete pad. The rock is roughly triangular in shape and has five bronze plaques attached. A flagpole stands to the right of the pad and the whole area is bordered by garden beds. Two plaques on the front of the bushrock give the name of the memorial. The other three plaques are grouped on its left side. They are inscribed with the dedication and an honour roll of those killed in action in the First and Second World Wars, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. The memorial is located alongside Nandabah Street, in the village of Rappville, NSW. It was established to provide a place for commemorative services to be held at the adjacent Rappville Soldiers' Memorial Avenue, a series of trees planted in 1920 to honour those who served in the First World War.
